Work in harmony.
Not Against It.

Originally developed to rehabilitate injured muscles, Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) has now become one of the gentlest and most effective methods of strength training.

Technology-powered  Muscle Activation

EMS mimics the natural brain signals that trigger muscle contractions, leading to a more complete activation that amplifies your efforts.

Technology has enhanced our lives in countless ways, but building strength still relies on the same fundamental principles: work harder, lift heavier, and move faster and longer.

Until Now

WHERE IT WORKS

Comprehensive and

precisely targeted to your needs.

While traditional workouts target specific muscle groups, EMS combines a full-body workout with precise control of each individual muscle, activating even those muscles you thought were impossible to reach.

How It Works

Lift Weights

Without Lifting Weights

EMS delivers low-frequency impulses through electrodes placed on the skin, directly stimulating the muscles. This generates resistance and induces highly effective muscle contractions – all without weights and without straining the body.

 Advantages of Full-Body EMS Training

As EMS training is still a relatively new approach, we often receive questions regarding its effectiveness. To provide clarity, we have compiled the most important facts for you here.

Sport/training

According to studies from the University of Bayreuth (Boeckh-Behrens et al. 2002-2006) and the German Sport University Cologne (Kleinöder/Kreuzer/Speicher 2006-2008), the use of miha bodytech led to significant improvements in maximal performance and movement speed.

84% of participants reported a noticeable boost in their performance. After only four training sessions, maximal strength increased by 17%, while 71% observed a clear improvement in their cardiovascular fitness.

Strength endurance saw an impressive rise of up to 108% after 12 sessions. Within four weeks, maximal performance increased by as much as 30%. Muscle contraction speed improved by an average of 22%, with the explosive power of deep torso muscles increasing by up to 74%.

The data also reveals that whole-body EMS training is up to 40% more intense than traditional weight training.

  • 88% of the test persons could reduce their back pain massively. The time in pain and the frequency decreased up to 80%.
  • Before the study over 40% of the test persons sued about back pain, after 6 weeks of training there were only 9% left.
  • 44% of the test persons with chronic pain, accomplished analgesia
  • the endurance of the back at typical load in the daily life (lifting heavy stuff, walking, bending over, homework, heavy work, long time sitting…) improved by 30%

  • 87% of participants saw visible improvement in their physique.
  • 89% felt stronger and more toned.
  • Body fat decreased by up to 4% within 6 weeks of EMS training.

  • Seniors (65+) lost 6.8% of abdominal fat and 6 cm in waist size with low-intensity training.
