For the EMS PRO ONE suit to function correctly, it should fit comfortably and snugly. We recommend choosing a size smaller than your regular clothing size. If any area of your suit feels too loose, use the provided belts to tighten those areas.
Can I wear other clothing under my EMS PRO ONE suit?
The electrodes of the EMS PRO ONE suit should be in direct contact with your skin. Therefore, we recommend not wearing any clothing underneath.

How do I clean my EMS PRO ONE suit?
The EMS PRO ONE suit can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C with regular detergent. Please remove the battery before washing and do not tumble dry the suit.
Can I share my EMS PRO ONE suit?
